Acupuncture Treatment in
Richmond Hill
Thoughtful, Evidence-Informed Acupuncture Care
Most people don’t search for acupuncture out of curiosity. They search because something isn’t improving pain that keeps returning, tension that never fully settles, stress that affects sleep, or symptoms that haven’t responded the way they hoped.
At Herbs Meta, we provide acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine care in Richmond Hill for people experiencing pain, stress-related tension, sleep difficulty, fatigue, and women's health concerns. Treatment plans are individualized and may include acupuncture alone or in combination with herbal prescription and supportive therapies, depending on each person's presentation.
Acupuncture can be a helpful part of care in many of these situations. At our clinic, acupuncture is delivered with a calm, professional, and patient-centred approach, focusing on clear assessment, realistic expectations, and ongoing reassessment, not promises or pressure.

For most people, no. The needles are about the width of a human hair, far finer than the needles used for injections. You may feel a brief tap or a dull, heavy ache around a point, which is normal. Sensations vary by individual, so tell your practitioner if anything feels sharp.
