Frequently Asked Questions

  • Cost depends on session length and the modalities used. At Herbs Meta a 60 minute standard treatment is $125, a 75 minute initial or extended treatment is $150, and a 30 minute herbal prescription consultation is $50. Extended visits include an assessment plus two to three treatment modalities.

  • New patients receive 15 percent off their first visit. Eligible visits can also be direct billed through TELUS Health eClaims, so the portion the plan covers is settled at the time of the appointment rather than claimed back afterwards.

  • The first appointment begins with a consultation covering health history, current concerns, and wellness goals, and treatment follows in the same visit. Book the 75 minute initial or extended treatment so there is time for a full assessment alongside care. Bring your insurance details so eligibility can be checked in advance.
